Lifetime Structures, LLC management has over 40 years combined experience in the ICF industry and business leadership. We have built a team of dedicated and highly experienced professionals focused on providing unsurpassed service and incredible energy savings.

We have taken on the challenge of transforming the new home market by offering a vastly superior structure that will consume less than half the energy of a conventional house while lasting for centuries. Together we promise to provide you with unsurpassed service and performance along with knowledgeable, friendly and timely responses.

Steve Romme

Steve is a veteran business builder with a history of creating growth and innovation. Steve’s business building experience varies from well known consumer brands such as Kleenex and Scott tissue, to construction equipment like Magnum generators and light towers. At LifeTime Structures, Steve is involved with sales, system design, and strategic partnerships.

Gene Becker

Gene has been in the residential and commercial construction trade most of his life, building both in the Midwest and Southwestern US. He had his first experience with ICF construction in 1992 and immediately knew it would offer much higher home performance than traditional wood-framing. Gene is a pioneer of the ICF industry, has been involved in hundreds of ICF projects, and has experience with almost every type of ICF. At LifeTime Structures, Gene is a part of sales, onsite management, and general contracting.

Seth Romme

Seth is a UW-Madison graduate with degrees in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. At LifeTime Structures, Seth’s responsibilities include: sales, supplier coordination, financial oversight, infrastructure management, and online/social-media marketing.

Gina Becker

At LifeTime Structures, Gina plays a key role in administrative tasks such as: accounts receivables, accounts payables, and other various office tasks.
